  • Bar Tartine

  • Tartine Manufactory
    From the innovative and hugely popular San Francisco restaurant and cookbook authors that focuses on flavor, craft and human health, the Manufactory is a collaborative hub of food thought leaders, chefs and farmers to challenge the food industry create beautiful food and improve the livelihoods of every link in the chain.

  • Impossible Foods
    We’ll meet with the team that created the veggie burger “that bleeds” and has become “the darling of world-renown chefs and gourmet food chains”, and has the potential for a huge sustainability impact.

  • Dandelion Chocolate
    Fabulous innovation in recipes, products, ingredients, packaging, presentation, merchandising, storytelling, décor, information communication, and sourcing.

  • Plenty
    “A high-tech vertical farm that promises Whole Foods quality at Walmart prices”. Plenty’s goal is to build massive indoor farms outside every major city globally (500), enabling “food to go from farm to table in hours rather than days or weeks”. Amazon is a major investor.

  • Kitchentown
    A food startup incubator for food ideas that focus on health, nourishment, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and culinary diversity. It includes production space, equipment and the ability to interact with like-minded peers, industry experts, and investors to help scale their businesses.

  • Craftsman & Wolves
    Craftsman and Wolves is the contemporary patisserie of Chef William Werner, a 2015 and 2016 finalist for the James Beard “Outstanding Baker” award. It excels at artistry, surprise, novel techniques, unique combinations and tastes.
