Innovation on a Global Scale

Inventours is a program designed to provide Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, Heads of R&D, Product Designers, and other Creatives, with actionable insights they can take back to their offices to improve and refresh their own company’s innovation processes and techniques.

Each city program consists of 5 days of carefully curated, exclusive meetings with world-renowned innovators in Product Design, Technology, Food, Sustainability, Fashion, Architecture, and Hospitality. These interactive meetings with highly successful and diverse thought-leaders, are held at their workplaces.

Each presenting firm will showcase a range of work, innovation philosophies, process approaches, and diverse stimuli. Expert faculty will lead debrief sessions to make the learning actionable for companies.

About the CEO, Michelle Greenwald

michelle-greenwaldMichelle is a unique combination of top, global, graduate business school professor/lecturer/consultant, and former senior level Marketing executive at Fortune 100 companies. These perspectives enable her to select and deliver highly relevant, cutting edge, insight generating, and actionable content for corporations.

She is an NYU Stern and Columbia Graduate Business School professor who has taught at Wharton and leading European, Asian and South American graduate schools including HEC Paris, IESE Barcelona & NYC, Seoul National University, INALDE, PAD, IPADE (South America), and developed Marketing programs for the American Marketing Assoc., the Association of National Advertisers, and the American Management Association.

Michelle served as a senior level marketing executive at Disney, Pepsi-Cola, Nestle, and J. Walter Thompson and was selected by Advertising Age as one of the “100 Best & Brightest Women in Marketing & Advertising in the U.S.”.

She authored a column on innovation for Inc.com and is currently writing a book about innovation strategies and techniques.

Michelle conceived of Inventours based on a need she observed in how corporations think about their innovation processes, to help them more systematically develop truly meaningful, successful, and “breakthrough” ideas, by learning from best-in-class, global innovators. She curates, leads, and facilitates the debrief sessions, for all programs.
